Our chefs of Japanese cuisine use rich ingredients from the mountains, seas, and fields that the Niigata area is proud of.
The cuisine is highly acclaimed as a fusion of tradition and creativity and has been well received by our guests.
In addition to seasonal ingredients, we also carefully select the seasonings, including locally brewed sake from the Niigata and Nagano area, and handmade miso (soybean paste). Moreover, taking advantage of our location as a rice-producing region, we carefully select and use local brand rice, “Shinnosuke” and “Koshihikari”.
Our facility also features photo spots unique to a wedding hall, such as a colored kimono and a Japanese garden, so that guests can enjoy more than just the meal. In addition to one-plate meals for a quick sightseeing lunch, full-course meals are also available for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.
The Sanjotsubame Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway is nearby, making it easy to travel to Niigata, Tokyo, Toyama, Yamagata, and Fukushima. Yahiko, Niigata’s most famous power spot, and Teradomari, where fresh seafood is gathered, are also easily accessible within 30-40 minutes by car.

Large sightseeing buses can also pass through the residential area from National Route 289. Please feel free to make a reservation.
